Michigan Mustard Portabella Swiss Burgers
Ingredients needed:
1 pound ground sirloin
1/2 a cup of finely chopped portabella mushrooms
1/2 cup of finely chopped swiss cheese
Michigan Mustard
organic cilantro
red onion thinly sliced
avocado thinly sliced
fresh alpha sprouts
onion rolls
Mix sirloin, portabella and swiss together. Form into four even patties. Grill the pattys to desired temp. Toast the onion roll (optional) Slather a generous application to the bottom half of the roll. Evenly lay a bed of sprouts on top of mustard to hold patty in place. Place red onion slices on patty. Lay a bed of cilantro on the onions, top with avocado and bun top. Makes about four burgers.
